O ponto de São Miguel do Gostoso chamado Ponta do Santo Cristo é uma das áreas mais ventosas do planeta, graças a um vento alísio constante junto com efeitos térmicos especiais.
Com a maré baixa, uma área de águas calmas permite que os novatos aprendam com facilidade na praia e na água, enquanto um banco de areia com ondas perfeitas, a aproximadamente 400 metros da costa, proporciona a melhor diversão para surfistas intermediários e avançados.
A direção do vento é E-SE, lateral-costa com amuras de boreste (vento da direita), com média de 18 a 25 nós. As velas mais usadas são 4,7 – 5,3 e 7 a 11 pipas.
De outubro a março, os swells do norte acontecem, criando belas condições para surfar e pular.
Em julho e agosto o vento pode ser de S-SE, off-shore na baía, então não é bom. Organizamos passeios para outros pontos do litoral sul (Perobas ou Maracajau), onde nesses meses as condições são melhores.

We have equipment from RRD, top italian design. Available for you 50 bords from wave 68 liters to beginner 220 liters and 60 sails from 3.5 m. to 7.2. You can book your boards that will be always available for you and try other boards when available. The sails choice is free, you don’t need to book it.
If you want to bring your own equipment, we have the storage facilities:
– Rescue boat
– 24 hrs security storage
– fresh water and showers.
– beach assistance
If you want to improve your skills on the water we have available some very good instructors.

Curso de Windsurf

TEST – 1 hour
a short introduction of theory in the beach and then right into the water
LEVEL 1 – Beginners – 4 hrs
required skills: feeling with the water
safety rules, basic theory, start, basic tack, simulation in every step

Aluguel: Condiçoes e Preços
Fix & Mix sistem: book your ideal board and try others available. It is possible to change your booked board if you feel it’s not the best. We try to keep a certain flexibility, usually boards are double the customers.
Price: the price list has a progressive descount. This is valid only for pre-payed continuous days of rental. Renting in alternatives days you will pay +20% and you will not have the priority in choosing the equipment.
Use of gear: the rental is individual, only the person who is renting can use the equipment. We have a double use option (+20%) if you want to share the equipment.
Damage of the equipment: the person renting the gear is responsible for any damages. Board and sail damages that can be repaired will be charged for the repair. damages that cannot berepaired will be charged for the repair. damages that cannot be repaired client will be charged the cost to replace equipment. Repair and replacement costs are posted at the club.
We offer a possibility of an insurance in loco.
Right of refusal: in a situations which calls into question the safety of sailors and/or the preservation of equipment, we reserve the right to cancel a rental contract. Sailors who do not respect traffic rules in the water or are sailing in a dangerous manner will be warned and then If the dangerous behaviour remains, their contracts will be cancelled. Sailors who do not posses the necessary skills to use equipment or who are using it in a destructive way will also be warned. Unused rental time will be refunded for cancelled contracts.
